Standard Returns & Exchanges

Because our collections feature highly curated items, all sales are considered final once an order has been successfully fulfilled. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect sizing choices.

Cancellations

We offer a strict 24-hour cancellation window from the exact time of purchase. If you need to cancel an unfulfilled order, please submit a request within this 24-hour period.

Once this window closes or the item has been fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product, we will absolutely make it right.

  • How to report: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact our customer support team via email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • What to include: Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a brand-new replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
